Helen Keller
Principal Consultant & Coach Development Unbound
Jennifer is an executive coach, team coach, consultant, facilitator, and trainer with more than 20 years of experience in the professional development field. Her passion is working with teams to ignite their productivity and help them launch into high performance.
As Chief Business Officer of Corentus, Inc., a private coaching and consulting firm, Jennifer provided executive oversight of company operations, talent management, and business development, in addition to serving as client lead on major corporate accounts and senior faculty in professional development programs. Previously, she held key corporate Talent Management roles for Babcock & Wilcox and the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Her experience in fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environments inspired her to pursue HeartMath training to help leaders cultivate executive presence, physiological coherence, and resilience to stress. Prior to her private sector work, Jennifer spent 10 years working for NASA, managing the talent development function for the Glenn Research Center.
Jennifer’s approach to coaching is informed by her deep expertise in counseling, coaching, leadership, and teams, combined with her practical executive and government experience. Empowering clients to build the awareness they need to operate from a place of choice rather than habit, she uses a holistic approach to support individuals and teams to meet their most challenging coaching goals. Her ultimate “win” is when her clients learn to self-correct and self-regulate, with more effective habits, and no longer need her support as a coach.
Jennifer lives in Medina, OH with her husband Terry and children, Sam and Lexi.
