Jennifer Budd founded Development Unbound with a simple goal: Ending suffering at work.
Each of us has experienced the satisfaction, fulfillment, and joy of working on high-functioning teams—teams built on strong relationships and capable of achieving exceptional results. We’ve also experienced the opposite: the frustration, tension, and discouragement of serving on teams that just don’t work.
Driven by these experiences, we have dedicated our professional lives to mastering the concepts, skills, and tools that enable good teams to excel and struggling teams to hit their stride. Our methods are as varied as the teams we work with. Based on our clients’ individual needs, we offer services ranging from facilitated working sessions to workshops and speaking events to extended team coaching, leadership development, and team development engagements. We’ve also spent years training and mentoring others, including internal HR practitioners, in the work that we do.
Our greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the renewed hope and energy of our clients as persistent team challenges get thoroughly, and sustainably, resolved.
